M&S - The End of an Era!

 M&S has certainly come a long way of late and have now taken the unprecedented step of stocking other peoples' produce!

I couldn’t believe it when I visited a store recently and discovered that I can now buy Heinz Baked Beans and Marmite! 

It may appear to be a small thing, but previously it has been nigh on impossible to get all your food shopping at M&S - now all of a sudden you can!  It is amazing in business how small steps can lead to big results and I think that it says a lot for M&S current management that they are prepared to change.  It wasn’t so long ago that they refused to accept credit cards so what other changes may be in the pipeline that we've got to look forward to?
