Gareth has nearly 16 years of financial services experience since leaving college. He worked for 5 years for a large insurance company, with a break to work in Cyprus, and this year will be celebrating 10 years at Equilibrium.

Gareth has worked at every level of the company, working his way up from administrator to paraplanner, to adviser to partner.  This gives him a unique insight into how everything works and he uses this to help improve the processes and the Equilibrium experience for clients.

Away from work, Gareth loves snowboarding. He says that hurtling down a mountain at 40mph strapped to a piece of wood is a sure fire way to totally switch off from work and day to day life.  Oh, and the après ski has a certain appeal too!

Gareth would like to be remembered as someone who enjoyed life to the fullest, but who had a positive impact on the lives of those around him.

In the shorter term, Gareth’s goals are to ensure that his clients have no fears about their financial future, and to increase the financial security of himself and his colleagues, He wants to ensure that Equilibrium is a thoroughly enjoyable place to work, and that we achieve the goals of all our clients.
