Paula Deary, Partner

Paula has worked in financial services for 16 years and joined Equilibrium in 2004. Paula holds the Financial Planning Certificate and Diploma in Financial Planning, having taken advanced papers in Taxation & Trusts, Personal Investment Planning and Pensions.

Paula is also a qualified scuba diver (warm water only!) and enjoys sailing holidays, watching Formula One and keeping fit.  

Tarryn Gorman, Client Manager

Tarryn joined Equilibrium in April 2007. Prior to this Tarryn worked as a secondary teacher but decided on a change in direction. Tarryn has completed the CII Retirement Planning unit and is now currently studying towards the Diploma in Financial Planning.

Originally from South Africa, Tarryn has now been in the UK for 12 years. Her main passion in life is dancing, whether that is street dancing, hip hop, salsa, or ballroom and latin.
 

Toby Ellington, Client Manager (Team Leader)

Toby has been in the financial services industry since 2002 and joined Equilibrium in March 2008.  Toby is a Certified and Chartered Financial Planner and also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

In his spare time he enjoys running and football, which allows him to make full use of his CAMRA membership! Toby also keeps a growing flock of chickens.
 

Rob Ellis, Client Manager

Rob joined Equilibrium in February 2010, having previously worked for a number of product providers and financial advisers.  Rob studied Financial Services at university and holds the Diploma in Financial Planning, and is currently studying for the Advanced Diploma.

Outside of work Rob enjoys watching football and going to gigs and festivals.
